Nanchang CIFI Le Street Leasing and Sales Center

Nanchang Xuhui · Le Street Rental and Sales Center is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, and is part of a million-square-meter complex developed by Xuhui Group. The project adheres to the mission of "Building a Better Life with Heart," with the design team carefully considering the relationship between the local environment and brand design. Through the interwoven use of colors, structures, lines, and various elements, a rich and meaningful commercial space has been created. This space not only integrates regional culture and architectural design language but also combines commercial appeal with artistic sensibility, creating an immersive experience atmosphere that injects fresh vitality into urban development and enhances the overall quality of the space.

The entire design centers around a bar atmosphere, featuring elements such as a bar island in the reception hall, warm yellow-lit water bar seating areas, and a wave-patterned stainless steel reception desk, creating a space where rationality and sensuality intertwine. The walls are painted in an orange-red artistic textured finish, complemented by transparent gradient glass partitions that divide functional areas into both independent and open spaces. The lighting design, crafted by an international artist, combines red, blue, and orange lights to create a strong visual impact and a sense of futurism, forming a unique luminous feature wall that enhances the overall quality and artistic feel of the space.
